At CanvasCraze, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully prepare each order for you. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
🔁 Exchanges (Incorrect or Damaged Items Only)
We only offer exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue

📦 Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved:
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out a replacement
Please note:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our side
⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items or gift cards

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any issues reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
