Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CanvasCraze, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully prepare each order for you. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.


🔁 Exchanges (Incorrect or Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue

📦 Exchange Process

If your exchange is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out a replacement

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our side

⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items or gift cards

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any issues reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
